I really wish they would hire more people so you don't have to sit there for nearly an hour regardless of your appointment only to be told they can't help you

I read reviews before going in for my appointment and found I had a much more positive experience than some other reviewers. I was treated by Rena Mammoo and she was absolutely lovely. I’m not sure what some of the other reviewers found issue with, but my experience was nothing short of pleasant. She was kind, caring and empathetic. For those that mentioned her back was to them the whole appointment, that’s just because of how the computer is set up next to the exam table. Not sure how people were expecting her to record their symptoms without looking at the computer screen. As far as her interpersonal skills, she made me feel so comforted and well-cared for. She listened to me and prescribed me a variety of medicines and explained what each one did so that I was able to adjust what I did or didn’t want to take depending on my symptoms and how I was feeling. She also listened to me when I mentioned an inhaler that had worked for me a few years back when I had a similar illness, and prescribed that for me as well.Frankly, this was one of the most positive health care experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t thank Rena Mammoo enough!

I came here for an ear cleaning. Nobody was at the front so I proceeded to make an appointment on the kiosk for an hour later, but the monitor was showing they had an appt for right away. Sat down waited for somebody to come out. 20 mins later the lady comes out saying the waiting room is closed asking about my appt and I explain the kiosk situation and she dead says “I really don’t know what you want me to say to you”.. I felt like I inconvenienced her.. you’ve been sitting in the back for 20 mins and are just now coming out to tell me I can’t sit in the waiting area? Incredibly rude and lack of basic communication skills. Don’t want a crabby lady poking in my ears. Left and went to Hubbard Street location and Robert was incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely worth driving the extra way.

The nurse practitioner Rena was very professional, patient and kept me successfully distracted while I was getting my shot. It was a great quick and painless experience.

I’ve been to this location twice. I had the great misfortune of seeing Nurse Practitioner Rena Mammoo on this second visit, who is extremely unprofessional and condescending. If you read the negative reviews of this Minute Clinic location, you will see that most of the negative reviews mention her specifically.I visited her on a follow-up appointment when I was unable to see Dr. Matthew (who is excellent at this location). She directly contradicted information given to me by Dr. Matthew and refused to write a letter certifying that I had completed my required COVID quarantine after having previously been exposed.I am amazed that she continues to work her after years of receiving negative reviews. Go to this Minute Clinic location if you must, but be aware of the exceptionally poor service you will receive if she happens to be your nurse practitioner.

The nurse practitioner was unbelievably rude and short with me.I showed up on time for my appointment and saw that there was over an hour wait. I asked her if it was accurate and was told that the clinic is closing in 15 minutes. I eventually went home and got a call an hour and a half later saying that it was my turn...incredibly frustrating experience.

Horrific. Do not come to this clinic. The clinician (Reena) was super late opening the clinic, was unspeakably rude and had a horrible attitude. She asked my symptoms and said that just because I have a sore throat and a cough and have been expelling chunks of green and brown flem for the last 5 days does not mean she will prescribe an antibiotic. She said if i didnt test positive for strep she would send me to a specialist for chest xrays instead of prescribing an antibiotic. I left after a few seconds, went to a real dr and they prescribed an antibiotic after actually listening to me.

I made an appointment previously and this morning at 8:02am I received an email stating my appointment has been “canceled”. I came to the site to call them and I see all their bad reviews. I thought I better try going somewhere else and then at 8:53am I get a notification that I still have my scheduled appointment for 10am. So I thought okay either it was a glitch or whoever called off is now in.....and I didn’t want to lose my appointment. I showed up to the clinic 10min early and it is closed for today.

Love this place. Rena was incredibly helpful, explained everything to me and I was on my way. I recommended this place to my brother and he had a great experience too. Thanks!

Nurse Practitioner Rena Mammoo lacks the basic interpersonal skills necessary to be a health care provider.

Nurse Practitioner Rena Mammoo lacks the basic interpersonal skills necessary to be a health care provider. I have been seen by her twice, once for a TB test and one for a sinus infection. Neither times did she explain the course of treatment in a way that I could understand, and when I asked for clarification I was cut off repeatedly and met with an extremely condescending tone and snarky remarks. She never introduced herself (I got her name off my summary sheet), her back was turned to me the entire visit, and my appointments were monopolized by her inability to use the EPIC system. I am extremely disappointed by her inability and unwillingness to provide the service she's paid to provide as a nurse practitioner.

I had a very positive experience. The doctor/nurse(?) was excellent, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, skilled. I had about 20 minute wait after walking in.

I walked in and there was no wait. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and helpful. She gave me a prescription for my sinus infection. I was able to fill the prescription right away. Great service.
