I applied here for the DSP position. After I applied there was a lack in communication amongst Miscordia recruiting team where multiple people in an email chain had asked for the same documents several times (HS diploma). So for two weeks I had to send the same information to 3 different people. I get scheduled for an interview. You have to take a test before you can proceed with your interview. I am not sure what the protocol is if you fail the test, maybe you cannot continue with interview or maybe lose the opportunity but I only had 1 wrong so I fortunately I was able to proceed with my interview which was lengthy, 45mins to an hour. After the interview I get set up with the director Tychina Moore for 2nd interview. I was told I would have to come back but she opted to set up a zoom interview. Again communication lacked as she set up the zoom less than 24 hours (Thursday evening) before the zoom meeting on a friday (morning at 8 or 9). We have the zoom and all goes well with her extending the offer to me. I was given an option to come that following Monday or 2 weeks later. Because I wanted to get in sooner than later I opted to come in the following Monday (less than 48 hours after the zoom) to take another test and tour the facility. Well I had issues that prevented me from making it that Monday and I communicated that to Tychina hours before the appointment. She never bothered to respond. The next day at my Dr appointment I receive 3 to 4 calls back to back. I assume it was her due to the caller ID. I was not able to answer. I followed up after my appointment and again I never heard back. So even though she needed me as an applicant to fill in for a house, she decided not to respond to any of my emails and not to proceed with hiring me all because I didn't answer her phone calls. I'm sure her hands work why couldn't she respond to any of my emails? I thought it was weird. I could have joined the later class she had offered but instead she decided not to respond whatsoever therefore I continued my search someplace else. I can't work for someone who makes emotional decisions or can't respond to emails. Unprofessional behavior for a "Director".

I have to give this place a zero! I have applied several times! Army Veteran with a Master's degree no criminal record but this place never calls me! Unless you know someone they won't hire you. Years of applying!

Truly a wonderful experience. Our server, Steven, was attentive and the buffet meal was fresh, tasty, and had a great variety of choices. The ribs were the special of the day and did not disappoint.

Who is doing better work? No one that I know. I recommend donating to or volunteering at this amazing place for the community and humanity.
