So every one is complaining about the guy in glasses. He tells me he will do it this time but wont next time. My friend moneygram me some money but didnt include my middle name. The guys goes and tell me he will do it this time but next time he cant so i go an call friend so i can inform them. Friend says no it gives you a option to put middle name but she did not choose to. And the guy jumps in my phone conversation and tries to tell me thats your name it has to be in your name so i said its my middle name. I shouldn't have to tell a friend my whole government name for money it has my fir$t and last namem they match and in plus it has a option for that and she choose no. The guy continue to start arguing with me. Im like 1st off all i was on the phone and you jumped in my conversation. I dont have head phones on nor is the phone on speaker. And you interupted me on the phone telling friend that you said im supposed to have my middle name or next time you cant give me the money $ent to me. So i argued with him for a while before inasked for a manager which he then says he is and i replied whats corporate number because its someone over you. He is rude and make people come out of their character.he is very argumenitive and would not give me a supervisor or corporate number sayingnthat they private owned. So i told him he dont own it and the owners need to know how you treat people.

THE WORSE PLACE TO EVER GO CASH YOUR CHECKS!!! The young guy with glasses,was super RUDE, made me feel not welcomed!DEF NOT GOING BACK. DONT RECOMMEND !!

The only positive reviews of this horrible business are from the employees who are terrible at customer service and have very little knowlege of what their job entails. Never go here!!
