Never have had a problem at this CVS, specifically rating the pharmacy. My meds are always ready when they say they are going to be ready. The pharmacist is always knowledgeable and willing to help. The service they give even though they are one of the busiest in the area is with a kind demeanor and smile. Thank you!

Every time I call I am immediately put on hold with out being asked what I need, I'm then put on hold for over 10 minutes and I need to then call back because I knew they wouldn't answer the first time- it's extremely frustrating. Waiting in line at the "drive-thru" is an absolute joke as the wait is always well over 20 minutes. I suggest they hire more staff to keep up with the demand at this location and train everyone here on customers service skills. Two stars because at least they somehow manage to get the orders right.

This does not even deserve 1 star. Extremely rude staff in the pharmacy. Gina in the pharmacy does not know how to talk to people and is always rude and unprofessional. This is the norm for all the pharmacy workers. If you don't like your job quit don't take it out on customers paying your salary.

" Incompetent " The CVS Pharmacy, located at 6315 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago IL 60629 Don't even deserve one star. If I could give them a negative star I would...This location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My doctor sent my prescription on Saturday afternoon, went to pick it up on Monday, it wasn't ready, came back Tuesday still not ready!!! In addition to that I had to wait for an hour and a half for them to tell me that "It wasn't ready". This pharmacy has very RUDE STAFF. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen for a pharmacy. I hope CVS pharmacy improves soon. CVS YOU NEED A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM, THE ONE YOU HAVE NOW...IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. People if you need reliable service fast DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!

I recently moved and had to change my pharmacy to a closer one. The pharm tech looked miserable so initiated a conversation with her to brighten her day a tat- that was my first encounter. On my second visit, there was two counters, one for pick up with Express pay and the second was a line for people waiting. We hen I got to the window the lady embarrassed me and said I had to wait like everyone else in line. I asked what's the point of paying ahead of time then? I went to the line extremely upset and not even apologized. My third encounter was at the drive thru ( I just wanted a quick encounter with this staff). I waited 30 minutes in line, at the DRIVE THRU. I'm sorry what? Why couldn't they kindly asked to person dragging the line to park aside and have a pharm tech take care of them in an alternative way like going outside or calling them when they fixed whatever situation they encountered. I've been to other CVS where they had to call my insurance due to an error they couldn't understand ( I called my insurance and fixed it in 1 minute), and they had me pull to the side so I didn't hold the line at the drive thru. Now, my last encounter here is a NEW prescription my doctor sent here unfortunately, and the tech was kind to ask if I had a minute to talk to the pharmacist who was on the phone. She shooed her away and said, have her call if she has any questions. My effin Lord. The prescription receipt they staple to the bag, the one the medication info ran out of ink. The instructions and side effects were more transparent than a greasy parchment paper of a burger! You cannot read a word on this. I'm sorry, but this is lack of information CVS is with helding from a new customer. What if this was an elderly patient who can't see or read well? I understand your doctor is the one who also explains these side effects at first but in a thorough visit they don't read ALL of them. This CVS pharmacy department needs an attitude adjustment and a big upgrade in policies and protocols. Definitely my last visit here and transferring pharmacys.

The store itself is fine, you can usually find an employee to answer questions and whatnot- the pharmacy is a joke though- poorly run, not adequate staff- I was in line for 25 minutes- and the staff didn't have enough smarts to have all hands process customers- they left 1 lone associate to handle a line 15+ people deep- what a mess, while 2 others stayed far back not assisting the pick-up line.

Horrible wait time for years. Sadly it's the closet to my house. Takes 1 hr to drop off and about same time to pick up in drive thru. Then the people they hire for the window are super rude and rushed after you wait all that time. Also tried going inside the store and same long wait. Never once has it been a quick drop off and pick up the least amount of people ahead of you will be two early morning. They also have the fame of auto refilling all your prescriptions even if you ask for them not too. I've sent my family members to pick up 1 prescription that I would need and they would come back w 3 or 4 that I no longer take. So now every time I pick up I have to clearly ask what the medicine is for so there is no confusion.
