Motorola doesn't have a email address and that's not good because 611 doesn't fix anything and they false hopes on the phone. And you have new phone companies buying unlocked phones that belong to a original cellular service like Cricket Wireless but, they don't provide any Internet service in doors on $60..00 plan monthly. If unlocked phones with your name on it can't be fixed by you the original manufacturer then stop allowing your phone's to be resold after being unlocked because it isn't never going to be fixed by you or the phone carrier.

It is a very sad and frustrate story, I bought RAZR Utral in HK when we were holiday over there this year. Now we are backed Australia and the internal screen is broken and I couldn't find anywhere to do the repair. I call the Motorola company Australia, they said they won't repair the phone just because I bought it from HK, even I am willing to pay for the repair they just won't!!!!! The phone is only few months old!!!! It is really really ridiculous!!! What a shame!!! I don't think they worse one star rate at all!!! I do the one star rate in order to let people see what is this doggy company is.

I purchased the Razr 2020 had issues with the actual SIM and eSIM returned the phone for a refund because they could not replace the model. Also they took over the 10 days to refund the payment. They also charged an $11.50 replacement fee which still has not been refunded.Phone is great. Service is questionable.
