I love this place. I travel a lot due to my job and I have tried CrossFit in pretty cool cities such as Denver, Barcelona, and Chicago. This is by far the place with the best workouts, and the coolest and welcoming people. Every time I come back to Chicago I look forward to train here.

I have never done CrossFit or even much weight-lifting in my life. I wasn't sure what to expect. What I found was an amazing community of people, an owner/coach who is passionate about making CrossFit challenging, yet accessible for all fitness levels and all body types.
