“This was our first time using a moving service. We have lived at the previous address for almost 20 years so planning for the move was extremely stressful in itself. MOOvers Chicago made this process very easy. From the moment we booked them we had constant communication with office staff. On the day of the move, the team arrived earlier than expected and they cleared out the apartment in under an 1hr! We had A LOT of boxes. Everything was handled with care and we didn't have to worry about anything being broken or damaged. The team finished way under the quoted time. We moved during bad weather conditions and they were very conscientious about keeping the floors well covered. They treated our furniture and belongings with the utmost care. They also helped pack our dishes and they did a great job. Nothing broke. The crew we worked with and the person managing the crew were all great and very helpful. We also had someone come prior to the move to review our belongings and to give us a quote based on what they saw. The quote was very accurate. There were no hidden costs. I understand Jannah doesn't have the dispatch information and their system gives more value to Dispatch communicating directly with the customer to uncover their needs, but I missed Jannah so much.
She is the kindest person I have ever spoke to.”
“Given the 5-star review, it is obvious they treated my expensive Restoration Hardware furniture with care. What I found above and beyond compared with other moving companies, since I have moved about six times, is that they wrapped every piece of furniture in plastic, then wrapped it in moving blankets, and then taped all of it as if it was being shipped. Some more delicate items had an additional layer of cardboard. Yes, plastic, blanket, cardboard, and tape. It took them 3 hours to complete the entire move. A good friend of mine hired 606 Movers about three years ago, and I helped her. Back then, I was impressed with the excellent care and service they provided. Thus, I hired them for my move this time, and I experienced the same level of professional services.”
