Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and they always make sure I understand my options. Jonathan is especially helpful and willing to take extra steps so I go out the door with the best frames to meet my need and still am looking stylish and smart.

Had a great experience at the Lincoln Square location. Dr. Adriana was professional, thorough, and made the exam easy to follow. Jonathan was outstanding—welcoming, helpful, and made the whole visit feel smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

My review is late but it still counts. In mid March, I went into this location needing to get a new pair of glasses and a new prescription. I was really worried because the previous place i went to rushed me, was quite rude, they gave me a pair of glasses that were damaged, and my script was too strong so I got headaches alot. This place was beyond the opposite. There were 3 girls there, I completely forgot their names by now, but they were all so nice, patient, and funny 😁. They made my entire visit, every step of the way, extremely easy and fast. This will be my regular go to for eyewear. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 🤍🤍💯💯💯💯🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Best place to get contacts and glasses.
I was not even a patient, walked in with my prescription and asked for a trial lens as mine tore and I needed something to hold me for a few days as I’m out of state.
They absolutely helped me, no questions asked

Dr Risser and the entire team made my first eye exam in ages so pleasant and comfortable! They answered any questions I had, made sure I fully understood what my options were, and took the time to walk me through selecting my very first pair of glasses!! Highly recommend coming here for all your vision and eyewear needs!
