For whatever reason, at this clinic, my insurance only covers $40 of the cost for glasses. Which means I'm responsible for the remaining balance which was about $100. When I went to another eye Dr. My insurance covered more and I didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses because they had a variety of affordable glasses to choose from, So do your research first.

I went for new glasses and an overall eye health check. Service was prompt and the location had a wide variety of great frames to pick from. I was seen by Dr Lue, although she said she doesn't often help at this location. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer all of my questions. She provided great recommendations for allergy eye drops that I've already started using... which has been an immediate relief for my itchy eyes.

this was a most pleasant experience. Bailey was wonderful at check-in and pre-screening. Dr. Wilson gave the most comprehensives eye exam I have ever had, and Omar did a wonderful job getting me fit for new frames Five stars is not enough to describe my degree of satisfaction. Thank all of you!

I really appreciate the 90 day guarantee. I didn’t love my first set of frame so I was able to exchange them and get frames that I really like a lot!

I've been a patient of Dr. Goska for several years, dating back to his time at EyeCare of Wrigleyville. I can't express enough how wonderful it's been to work with him. He's kind, patient, and exceptionally informative. Each appointment feels like a valuable learning experience, enhancing my understanding of my eye health while reassuring me that I am in excellent hands. Additionally, the rest of the staff is friendly and incredibly supportive, especially Tracy, who has been a pleasure to work with during my last few visits. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

My daughter needed an emergency eye exam and purchase glasses; they were able to see her the same day. All staff were very kind, helpful and patient. Dr. was very gentle and patient.

Dr. Goska was completely unprofessional today. Today I brought in my 5-year-old son into the office for an eye exam this being his very first eye exam I wasn't sure what to expect But what happened today was completely unacceptable I I'm a mother of three children my five-year-old son being the oldest so for today's appointment I had dad come with me to help with my 5 year old son who is on the spectrum. From the very moment that we were stepping into the back to start his exam Dr. Goska immediately had an attitude because there was five of us trying to go in the back I kindly let him know my son's father had to hold him (because sometimes our son fights us at doctor's appointments when he's not comfortable) and I am the one with the answers to the questions that he might have had so he let us in back.
My two younger children stood against the wall (quietly) while I stood in the doorway watching as dad tired to get our son to sit down on the machine. For reference my son is nonverbal so when he tries to express himself sometimes he screams when he's upset As most children do not just children on the spectrum and Within 2 minutes of my son screaming Dr. Goska comes running into the room my son and his father were in with the very nice receptionist and slams his hand against the door two times to then yells at my son's father to basically get our son under control because he couldn't deal with my son screaming I was honestly baffled. As we moved into the other room Dr. Goska then proceeds to tell me he thought my son was having a bad day and throwing a fit. If that was the case in what way shape or form is it okay to shout towards/about a 5 year old crying and screaming whether he's on the spectrum or not. His excuse was that he wasn't informed my son was on the spectrum but that should not have mattered Honestly don't understand why this establishment accepts kids at all if their expectations are so high for 5-year-old children all children throw tantrums and me as a mother if I am not yelling in my child you should not be yelling towards my child. I left this establishment shaking and crying I don't recommend anyone come here with children especially ones with disabilities.
