I don't go here often but when I am in Chicago they always have what I need and are very helpful. Excellent customer service and good inventory. I went in here on Monday to get 2 batteries for my truck. A lady named Jessica was very helpful to me.

Not a bad location inventory wise but DAMN why do you people close so early?????? The competition closes at 9pm and you guys at 4pm on weekend which is real nice when Napa has something in stock that I actually need. Good otherwise just not open long enough

I normally do not write bad reviews but I will not be a return customer to Napa. Grand and Walcott Napa was my go to. Now they have a lot more workers and yet it seems like their service is worse now than when they had minimum workers. I’ve been waiting 3 hours for a part that they told me it would take 20 minutes. I should of listen to my Mecanic and go to auto zone.

Great service!!! . Smaller store compared to the others. However, the service here is probably better. My experience: I needed something that the store said was in stock (online). Employee couldn't find the item when I was there. The employee price matched a similar item to make up for the problem. The item was much better and more expensive then the one I originally wanted. I would have never bought the one that was price matched for me because I couldn't afford something like that. 5 stars to the employee who helped me out!

Bought a battery but died after a few months. Took the battery back and the gentleman was super helpful and easily had it replaced. Very professional.

I highly recommend NAPA Auto Parts for purchasing automobile and Summit truck parts. I occasionally go to the one in Orland Park and Countryside. Always plenty of parking outside and handicap access as well.
