I like this place but every time I go if I don’t ask for someone specific to do my pedicure they put me with someone who’s is learning. It always happens the person is slower and doesn’t do the job right. Out of all the times I’ve gone I can say only about 2 times I’ve left happy with the result. One time the person was filling off the no chip instead of shaving it off with the little machine so she scraped my skin, another time the guy was doing a messy French tip.And when I tell them if someone else can do my nails they question why, like if they didn’t know that the person was learning and pretty much was practing on me.Service: Pedicure

This was my first time getting any services here , I’m very particular about my nails and feet . I got a soak off on my nails, which was ok I had to tell them they left a little acrylic on my nails , but the pedicure was not ok with me and I’m so upset , I asked for even square toe nails with a little length , and the lady cut my toe nails very short and filed both big toes crooked . Even the polish looks a bit sloppy . Never again .Service: Pedicure

Got a no chip to test out the salon (I splurge on nails) and had to return the second day! The polish was chipping on various nails and it was a sloppy job. I paid $45 for something that I could have done myself because my nails don't chip like that with Essie nail polish.

I have been going here for the past couple of years. This time was the last straw for me. I have never in my entire years on this earth got my toes done in 15 mins ?. The guys did a rush job… left a lot of dead skin on my feet’s and had the nerve to say, “my skin just dry!” PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Super efficient and gave me exactly what I asked for. The shaping is nice and crisp, plus receipt is itemised for customer convenience. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the name of the nail tech who did my nails and it isn’t on the receipt— but she was really fast and great.Services: Acrylic nails

Paid 65 for a no chip pedicure that I felt was rushed no hot towel no nothing a massage that lasted 2 mins. It’s horrible paid 110 for my daughter and myself and will never go back. I usually NEVER leave a bad review. And I tip anytime I am in an establishment that provides me service because I feel like it’s the right thing to do. Today I visited the nail salon to get my natural nail repaired because the dip polish cracked. (It was no one’s fault; I had an accident at home resulting in the dip polish cracking). Initially, I only wanted to get the nail repaired. But I decided to get a pedicure too. I am not one to become frustrated with waiting. However, after sitting, I decided not to get the pedicure anymore. It was nothing anything anyone did. I changed my mind. What I’m allowed to did it is my money and my time. The receptionist told me that the owner was going to fix my nail. She was very polite and kind my entire visit. I visit this salon often. And I travel a distance to come to this salon. The owner came over to the waiting area where I was sitting and looked at the damage, and after I told him it wasn’t a false nail, he responded rudely. Afterward, I was told to proceed to his station he would fix the damage to my nail. He was abrasive and argumentative. He used the drill to get some of the dip powder off. Then he placed some acetone in a small glass and asked me to place my hand there. He was temperamental and standoffish. Horrible customer service. He became highly belligerent towards me when I stated I would wait another day for my pedicure. He said, “You want to wait another day for a pedicure for what doesn’t make sense. You can get it done now.” He spoke in a demanding tone. He was trying to get me to reconsider getting the pedicure forcibly. Again I said I would wait another day. After he stated someone couldn’t fix it, it would take long just to get the nail repaired. It was a retaliatory response because I declined the pedicure. What was clearly not a misunderstanding it just seemed that he was offended that I decided to postpone my pedicure for another day. He muttered something under his breathe and started to speak Vietnamese. Mind you I am bilingual however my second language is Spanish. So I could not understand what he stated. But from his nonverbals and his cadence one could conclude that he was irritated with me. I went to stand up and walk to the next station were the other tech was that would fix my nail. My purse strap was tangled on the hook of the owners work station and he tried to “help,” if that’s what it could be called and aggressively removed my strap off the hook. Again I rarely post bad reviews. However for the owner to be rude that’s unfortunate. I understand this comment will not stop the business the salon gets. And in no way is my response malicious or having any vindictive intent. Yet I know as a Teacher if I am having an off day I set the tone for my students and no matter how someone feels you should never mistreat someone else. That’s the purpose of this comment that it will hopefully give some insight to the owner on how to treat his customers regardless of the service they initially asked for and then changed there minds.Service: Nail repair

Cynthia ALWAYS delivers to detail and I never feel she rushes with me. Since I been going to her for some time my nails have definitely became more healthy and stronger. Also, I always appreciate when they take me in early than my scheduled appointment time.Services: Gel manicures

The manicure and pedicure were ok. But the older lady who did my nails was rude and condescending. She messed up and made my toe nails bubblegum pink. Even though I pointed to the faint ballerina pink several times. I asked her if she could make my nails Matte and she talked to me like I’m stupid and talked me out of it. Like it wasn’t possible. I wasn’t about to argue with this lady so I paid and left. I want to give this place another chance but I refuse to have her do my nails next time
