Chris S and Selena were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my visit on Saturday November 15th. They were patient and guided me through my show selection. Both my bf and I left with new shoes. Make sure you look for them next time you’re in the store.

Great service from Jazlynn!
Stopped by the Nike store downtown during the Chicago Marathon weekend and even with how busy it was, Jazlynn was super helpful and patient. She had great energy, knew her stuff, and really took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping people.
Big shoutout to her for making the experience smooth and enjoyable — Nike needs more employees like Jazlynn! 👟💪🏾🔥

I went to the Nike to get some new and cute gym shoes. Anything in the pink and/or purple family. Found the Violet Women’s Noke Field. Size 9.5 and they fit like a dream. D’Shay helped bring out my size and another size to try. Joe finished off the experience and got me checked right upstairs! Mobile checkout and no line. Definitely appreciated that and I wore out of the store. D’Shay and Joe were both really chill, nice and not hovering or overbearing. They did an amazing job. Also Nike needs some solid pink shoes!!! That’s all 🙂

Came here this morning after the Chicago marathon to get my medal engraved and was told to come back at 1pm and that we were not allowed to wait but had to come back only at 1pm to get in the line so I came back at 12:45 and was told the line was now closed because they had decided to open the line again at a random, undisclosed time and allowed people to get in line earlier even though they expressly said they would not tolerate lining up earlier. With Nike being the primary merch sponsor/creator for this marathon, it was surprising that they didn’t have a lot of organization for things like this.

I went to the store for marathon medal engraving and was told the line would reopen at 1:00 PM. While waiting, I browsed and bought some marathon merchandise. At 12:47 PM, I was already outside the store to be a little early. But to my surprise, the line had already reopened ahead of schedule and was closed to new entrants.
That was frustrating. The staff had clearly said the line would open at 1:00 PM — not earlier. I’ve had great experiences with the team inside the store before, so this felt like a letdown. The communication could have been much clearer and more consistent.
One staff member (young blonde girl) mentioned that the engraving is a free service and suggested we could go elsewhere if we preferred. I understand the pressure they might be under, but the tone came off as a bit dismissive in the moment.
All in all, I just wish they had stuck to what they said. A little clarity and consistency would have made a big difference.

Store with four floors. Lots of space, friendly staff. The place to buy the official merchandise of the Bank of America Chicago marathon. On the race week, lots of people and lines to enter the store.
