I HATE HATE THIS LOCATION ! If I ever stop shopping at Nike this location will be the reason. I feel bad for the workers the managers are very rude and very entitled and the store manager is never there to get this store in order . I’ve dealt with a man name Kevin he should be fired immediately rude and stuck up because he’s a “manager” it’s his way or the highway . Bad for business .

Staff were friendly & helpful. This location carried a variety of choices for apparel for teenaged sons. Didn't have particular shoe at the store & staff helped me order online.

Everytime I come to this location I have to deal with the rude employees. Just because we on the southside don’t mean we have to act like it . I asked one of the employees the price of a shoe she looked me right in my face and rolled her eyes. I had just left church and God was still working on me because I could’ve reacted but I didn’t. I asked a different employee what the name of the lady was and they happily assisted me with the price and the name of the lady and told me she was a manager and her name is Kesha . I don’t appreciate somebody rolling they eyes at me but to find out that she is a manager makes it worst . I will not be returning to shop at this rude establishment again .

Please change the hours that you have online. I want that recently got there before closing per the hours that were online and was told that they were closed. Please adjust your hours online. Thank you.

Still have the the clearance wall which is great. However the women's section is so small now that its almost non existent, not much to choose from. They use to have a larger selection and awesome discounts. Not anymore

Clean establishment. Customer service needs a little more professional attention. Convenient location for what I needed to take care of. Not the best area.

Jalen P was definitely the best part of my experience. Went to exchange 3 items, and helped with every one. I didn't even move, was out of the store within 30 minutes. Thank you Jalen for your excellent customer service!
