Pretty large Nordstrom in a hi-end fashion mall. The service here was great and selection was incredible! Definitely worth stopping in! They even have a cocktail bar in the men’s section!

The men’s department staff are effectively useless. Rest of store is fine, mainly come back for lunch at the cafe on floor 4.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Noe at this Nordstrom store!! He went above and beyond to help me find THE perfect bag. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me - not just with a sale, but with making sure I found something I truly loved!! Noe’s level of care and attention made the whole shopping experience feel personal and special. Nordstrom is very lucky to have someone like Noe on their team, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for his help. Thank you, Noe!! You’re the best!!

Absolute the worst Nordstrom I ever gone to. I took my daughter to buy sandals and a girl Tess too busy talking to coworker was incredibly rude. It seemed like we were bothering her from her conversation. Instead of helping us she told us to go next area over and rolled her eyes at us. Never said can I help you. I never experienced this at any location before. She should not be working here. It doesn’t matter what department they work at but they should still accommodate you. But seems to be based on commissions. Even after we left she still kept taking to her coworker for 15 minutes. Why are they paying her for doing nothing. Even the employees said negative thing about her. I spent thousands and we get treated like this.
