A bit conflicted about this place. The staff are extremely sweet and personable and the homemade sandwiches are really good. However you really need to check the expiration date of anything you buy as products are often expired. This is quite the health hazard that I wish management would be diligent about. It’s happened to me at least 6 times in two years.

This place used to be my go-to. However, the quality has declined perceptively recently.
The Ben & Jerry's is $9 a pint and the chicken salad is $10/lb. At these prices, the product should be good. I've returned pints recently because they had melted and refrozen.
The chicken salad used to be chicken chunks with cranberries. Now, it's a disgusting chicken paste.
The sandwiches have gotten smaller, not cheaper.

Great variety of products like wines, beers and snacks with a fair price. Also the staffs are friendly and helpful.

used to go here all the time during my break since it was right next to my summer job. very nice grocery store, all the staff are very kind and helpful. they also make a delicious sandwich for a reasonable price— only about $10 or so, and i particularly love a good reuben from here. ideal place to get a well-priced & filling lunch. delicious sandwiches are rarer than you think!

I visited North Loop Market multiple times and experienced consistently rude behavior from the women working during the morning and afternoon shifts. It's disheartening that they seem to treat customers differently based on race. The customer service is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, they prepare sandwiches based on who's ordering them. This discriminatory behavior is utterly disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.

I live in the building and shopped there until today. I had a carton of milk that was bad and the cashier was rude about it and I even told her that she was rude about not trusting me, i said I wouldn't shop there in the future and she said "ok" and was fine about being a bad host. I will take my money elsewhere.

Nice shop. Fresh food is good if they give you what you ordered. Stock ok for a small shop no Coke Zero though. Prices a little high but Marina City tenants very convenient.

Great selection for a small market. Incredibly hard to find and some things are really expensive eg $3 for a Diet Pepsi. But their boars head deli meat prices are in line with other groceries.
