Ken and Jim, I can't say enough about how wonderful you were to work with. My clients love their new home, and so do I. What a guy we have here, can’t seem to answer any questions and always dodges me! Doesn’t have a problem with leaving terrible reviews on something and on someone he’s never met or been before, just because it doesn’t seem correct a truthful answer that was given to him! I’d steer away from this company and all involved here! With a business agenda like this it could cost you for many years! He seems to know it all in his mind, and seems like he a high roller with his love of BMW’s!Have you got the picture!

Wow, exceeds my expectations! An upstairs neighbor who rents from North Shore Holdings, Ltd. had a leak that damaged my unit. They quickly stopped the leak. Fixed the problem and promptly gave me a $500 check for my loss. Wish more landlords knew how to run their business like North Shore Holdings, Ltd. does!

I rented with North Shore Holdings for nearly six years and it was by far the best experience I have ever had renting and working with landlords/a property management company. I have never had a more positive experience with landlord(s)! I mostly worked with Ken Lebovic and he’s incredibly kind and accommodating. Ken and Jim Ritcher both respond immediately and handle any repairs or issues within 24 hours. It is such an easy process to notify North Shore Holdings of any issue or concerns. Both the washer/dryer unit and oven/stove broke when I lived in a unit owned by North Shore and they were completely replaced with new appliances the next day in both situations. I also have had issues with accidentally paying rent twice and they were so responsive and helpful and solved the issue immediately. I recommend North Shore Holdings to anyone renting! Ken, Jim, Diana, and Chris are amazing, professional, responsive, and on top of it! I cannot say enough positive things about Ken and his team- they are all truly wonderful, understanding, and helpful! The unit is beautiful and very cool and Ken and his team are the nicest people you will ever come across as a renter. Highly, highly recommend!
Editing to add that Keith is also an absolute pleasure to work with! I was treated with such kindness and professionalism by everyone at North Shore Holdings—so happy with them!

Don't do work for Ken if you expect to get paid for it. He'll do whatever he can to avoid paying you, including sending other (very confused) people to your place of business because he's too scared to do it himself. He's tried this with us twice, and the second time believe it or not was only over a couple hundred bucks.

We have been renting with Northshore Holdings for 7 years now. Very happy with our condo, Ken and Jim are very responsive and attentive with any issues that occur. They care about their tenants. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best property management team. They were prompt, courteous, quick to respond, went out of their way to help, very well maintained property and always fair. I could go on but I will just say I highly recommend any of their properties. They take good care of their tenants.

I rented with *** and team for a little over 2 years and had no issues whatsoever. Easy to work with, quick to respond, and courteous in all of our dealings. I was fortunate to not require many repairs during my stint, but the few I did face were dealt with promptly. They were flexible in agreeing upon move-in and move-out dates that I feel worked out well for both parties. Based on my own experiences, I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

We have been tenants of North Shore Holdings for three and a half years now. It has been a great relationship the entire time and they are phenomenally responsive to any issues immediately. Like, outstandingly so in that you will submit a ticket on a Saturday night and get an immediate response. They also have been very reasonable with modest rent increases that reflect the market. After 10+ years of bad landlord experiences, it was nice to finally stumble upon professionals who do rentals the right way.
