This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. Eddy was so professional & caring they are lucky to have such a wonderful PA on their team!

My appointment went smoothly with friendly staff and a great doctor. Yes, it’s urgent care but they are short staff and having that appointment made it very easy and less chaos. Hopefully, I won’t need to go back but if I do get sick againthis will be the first place I go.

I had a great experience here. PA Thomas Subil did a thorough, thoughtful exam. He listened carefully and asked good questions as well. Their diagnostic equipment was excellent and it was easy to get a chest x-ray, etc. I was extremely happy with his care. The location is clean and comfortable and easily accessible. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. Also, I appreciated that although there was about an hour wait, but you did not have to wait in the waiting room;, you can shop or get coffee and they will text you.I highly recommend this location.

Normally I go here and have no issues. Today I went there at 8:20am and all the staff was standing outside in the rain. They were locked out. How can that be? Very inconvenient and unprofessional look for NW Med.

Took a Lyft to get here at 9:00 am and they said I couldn’t see anyone till 5:20, by appointment only! This is not immediate care! Should let people know it’s a doctor’s office instead.

I was hesitant to go here for immediate care because a few reviews I saw were negative. But I took a chance and was glad I did. Checking in was quick, and I happened to come at a time when I could be seen right away. My provider was courteous, helpful, listened to my concerns well, treated me like a person, and asked if I had any questions. I would return to this location for urgent care if needed. There has been questions about whether this location takes appointments for urgent care. When I called, I was told to come in person. I don't believe they take appointments here.

Was seen by Dr. Carani. She was everything I could have wanted for an immediate-need physician--friendly, conscientious, and caring. She spent time with me, allowing me to fully express my concerns. When you are confused about a matter, it's important to feel like someone is hearing you out; she did. I was so glad I came in today. Thank you--Dr. C and supporting Immediate Care staff!

This place is so unprofessional. They say walk ins welcomed open until 7:30pm. I just walked in to have my son seen and they claim they no longer are taking walk ins. It was 4:30. This is the 3rd time I have visited this urgent care walk in only to be told they no longer are taking walk ins because they are short staffed or the “ doctor went home because of an emergency” which is what the rude person behind the desk told me today.

Not a bad place, it's very convenient having a walk in clinic right downstairs from my doctors, the only thing that makes this annoying is how they switch back and forth from a walk in clinic to appointment only. They should never be appointment only because that just defeats the whole purpose of it. Whenever I plan on coming I call in advance just to be safe. You shouldn't have to do that at all.Nice staff though and again a very convenient location. Just live up to the name of "immediate care".

Northwestern seriously needs to do better. The staff cannot take appointments over the phone nor can they assist you in any way with how to book the appointments online. CVS clinics are 10000x better than this. Ridiculous. I'm surprised northwestern even lends their name to these tremendously lacking facilities across the city

Spent 45 minutes to drive there and paid for parking only to be turned away. This is after I attempted to book an appointment online... it did not allow me and directed me to call. When I called, the recording said walk-in appts only. When I get there I am told that they need to change all that information as it is wrong. Really? And you can't squeeze me in? No. I am rudely told that I cannot be seen.I will NEVER go to this location again

This location says that it offers immediate care, but this is not accurate. We arrived well before closing only to be turned away for not having an appointment. The patient was an injured child. The only alternative offered was to get on a list at a location that was so far away that it would be potentially closed by the time we arrived.

Don’t waste your time coming to this place. This is not a legitimate immediate care center. Their phone line says walk-ins are welcome but we were just turned away because we did not have an appointment.
