Saw a lot of recent reviews which are opposite my experience here. We have used this location a few times for my family. Typical urgent care items pink eye sore throat etc. Each time the wait is quick enough, staff nice, polite, and explain to us well. As always in health care so you get dictate how you feel. But having seen 3,4 different providers here i can confidently say I'll keep coming back for my urgent care needs.

Stay away from this location. From staff, nurses, to doctors, many of them are unprofessional. Something needs to be done to fix the issues or just close this office, as it is ruining the reputation of NW.

Im not one to write reviews but the front desk workers always have an attitude. Doesn’t matter if your nice and have respect towards them they still will always have an attitude. I understand yall may be short staffed but atleast have a good attitude…

Unprofessional, rude, and - quite frankly - uneducated when it comes to a lack of knowledge of patients’ rights. As a healthcare professional myself, y’all make me feel embarrassed. Do better.

This is sad when an urgent care has low stars… this particular location is so unprofessional and the attitudes don’t make it no better. I had virtual visits 3 days ago and asked to speak to manager they say not there so there’s no higher authority over them so you wonder why they do as they pleased. I was given a number to call the manager (which was not the number) still left a voicemail and even reach out patient relations department still no return of phone calls or the manager. This is one of Illinois best hospitals though ?

The providers are fine, but the people at the front desk and on the phone are the absolute worst. They don’t provide any help, or care, to patients and give contradictory information when you call.

Our time here was a waste of time. It’s now a week later and nobody can get back to me with my toddler’s test results. I keep being brushed away and being told someone will call me back. Needless to say they’re incompetent. First and last experience with Northwestern.

Dr vester was amazing!Super down to earth, as an ED nurse at another hospital I can say I presented with some outward challenges but he proved to be incredibly attentive, to the point and made me feel so comfortable I thought I was being treated at home. Walked in and out within an hour and a half with a sub-serious condition. He takes full care of his clients. I would feel fully comfortable with this man treating any member of my family! Nothing negative to say at all, all the care I received was phenomenal! Kudos to the team!

I made there at 636pm one person waiting. Was told by front desk that they had a lot of patients all day. That mgt has cut off seeing patients. I don’t understand how tell sick people sorry you wasted a trip here. Go and overtax the EE cause we can’t be bothered. I work in healthcare and this everything that’s wrong with healthcare. Patients always comes first but you would rather sit there for the last hour and talk to the other receptionist. I wonder if I passed out there would they have been force to do something. I need help and got none been a patient since 2017 of NW. I completely turned off with this experience.

Staff were very nice and friendly. The wait time was short. The physician and assistant were really nice and professional. Did not feel rushed. Highly recommend!!!

The worst. I walk in at 7:14 . And they tell me they cannot accept us. They are at capacity but the place is empty . I think the girl at the front desk just does not want to take us. It says they take walk ins up until 730

Well run. The doctors, techs and staff are kind and efficient. My only issue is parking can be hard to find.

My husband is very anti doctors. It was pulling teeth to get him here for his pulled glutes, despite being in excruciating pain!But he reluctantly admitted this place is exceedingly above expectations! Clean, not a terribly long wait and a truly delightful staff! The nurse was cracking pun jokes, the doctor was quick, personal and decisive and we left with a promising treatment plan! We would highly recommend this facility for urgent care!

Not a very reliable option. "Appointment only" kinda defeats the point of urgent/immediate care.
