I want to start with saying I am new to cigars. I had purchased a humidor at the beginning of January from a different location. I was recently losing humidity and was uncertain why. I strolled into Norwood Royal Cigars and spoke with Vic(the owner). He was so helpful and told me to bring in my humidor. Bottom line is I needed to add liquid to the liquid holder and my humidor needed a lot more cigars to maintain the humidity. Very knowledgable and a nice guy. Also, the walk in humidor is massive. One of the nicest I've seen, loaded with a large selection of cigars. Highly recommend!

Best cigar shop around. Top notch humidor and staff. Vic and his staff are the best. They take the time to know their customers and their preferences. They are extremely informative about their vast array of cigars. This is the only cigar shop i go to to make sure my personal humidor is well stocked or to get my accessories. Keep up the great work!!!!!
