I was trying to place an order and they canceled it 3 times. It took forever to reach out the costumer service and it wasn't helpful at all. When they cancel, they don't explain why. This is ridiculous.—My 4th attempt was successfulTry to pay with PayPal if you’re experiencing the same issue

Great store. Mixed selection-- sometimes its good or bad for men but caters to gorp, hype shoes and highend low production designer brands (BODE, Visvim, and Acnes Studios). They're good but not very fashion forward as even of these brands what they carry is a microcosm of those brands actual collections.

BAD company, I placed my order on February 16 2023, I sent an email to them and they reply me on February 21 telling me that because of a recent promotion shipping will exceed their 48-hour fulfillment window, today I am still waiting for the tracking number. I just request the refund, but most likely, this will end bad.

There was an online sneaker release over the weekend. Rushing to grab my size and purchase before they were sold out, I neglected to realize the shoes were Women's and that I needed to go up 1.5 sizes. Unfortunately, I realized this after I purchased them. So I purchased them once again, but in my true men's size. Then I emailed Notre's Support Team in hopes they could cancel my original order with the incorrect size. Mind you, 'all sales are final' is written on the item detail page, but I still sent an email asking for their team's help. Low and behold, a support team member by the name of Alec assisted me by refunding my initial, incorrect size purchase without any hesitation. I am just over the moon that I won't have 2 pairs delivered, where 1 pair is my incorrect shoe size. Thank you, Alec, and thank you Notre!

Great shop and great prices. My recent experience was above and beyond. I purchased some shoes in women’s sizing by accident, and customer service rep Alec Z. helped me cancel my order quickly and efficiently. I will definitely purchase from Notre again…. In my correct sizing lol! Thanks again!
