I was just tryna sleep after I met king Von in 2020 and at 3am I just heard *fa fa fa fa fa fa fa* I didn't have enough money at that time to move out so I didn't care. But then they shot up my apartment. Stay safe

Me and my family came here for summer break it's amazing! There's always fireworks and it seems like the 63rd st loves the 64.I should recommend to come here with family they love if you say GD.

Where do I start... what a place it's really nice it's quiet and full of people who care about yours and your families safety. I almost never have any problems living here everything I need is a call away.

The best apartment complex in Chicago there is 24/7 protection there is people outside protecting the neighborhood with gun for the safety of everyone who live there. And it’s a great place for kids there is fireworks at night for the kids to in joy. I give this a 5 stars because is a great community to join and I hope you live longer.

A calm peaceful place to move to near Chicago with some very nice neighbors one of which was a very nice young man by the name of Keith cozart which help me out a lot with my moving. Also there were men with guns out side which made me feel very very safe during the day and night. I recommend moving here.

This was the best and life changing experience I could have had. The people here really care about you and often ask if your lost and they asked me what my shoe size was, I’m a size 11 and they told me to run my kicks witch I assume means they are really good running shoes. During my time there I met a really nice person, his name was Derek Banks, However some people were mad at him for not sliding for von, witch I assume that von means 2nd base and he plays baseball. In all this was one of the best places I’ve had the opportunity to live at and I would recommend to any person trying to raise a family.

A very beautiful and amazing place. The neighbours are very welcoming and nice. There is an incredible firework show every night. There are also street performances. There is also a very professional security to keep you safe. They might even get your most valuable stuff to keep it safe. But if you go there you should be carefull where you park, because it seems that i have parked my car in a private parking spot and now its moved.

Truly amazing! Had a fun time. If you're not hip with the slang there, just say things like "smoking on Von" and "I hope Keef next" throughout conversations. Make sure you tell the locals that you're from "sixty-third" and they'll invite you to fun parties with fireworks. It's always a custom you take your shoes off at the door though.

A peaceful and supporting community! I stayed here for 10 years and I've received nothing but kindness from my neighbors. Children frequently play outside and have lots of fun, and communal events are common! Highly recommend!

The Parkway Gardens also know as O-Block or WIC City is a fascinating place to visit or live in. The people there are sweet and are very respectful. Parkway Gardens was former home to some famous figures such as former First Lady Michelle Obama, King Von and Chief Keef. At night time there is free firework shows, with sparks coming from all directions. There is also music at night when the locals gather together with each other. I feel very safe there , everyone has a legal conceal carry gun on them and are not afraid to use it if they need to. Overall great place and area to visit. I highly recommend!!!

Parkway Gardens is by far the most exhilarating place to visit in the southern Chicago area. Many of the residents and community members constantly asked if I was lost. I thought it was great that they were very caring and concerned for my well being as a tourist! Upon entering, several gentlemen with firearms approached me and asked where I was from. I think it's great to see Americans practicing their 2nd amendment right, a bunch of patriots interested in my background. Once I answered, they all shook my hand and told me "on all four them, you're good over here folks". They proceeded to give me a tour of the complex and offered marijuana cigars and cough syrup (weird) excessively. After a tour of the complex of being shown where many residents have died there, including some fellow named HK which they were VERY insistent did not die within the complex, but outside of it, and did have a gun on him contrary to popular belief that he was "pump faking"? Don't know what football has to do with this and I didn't understand but I didn't want to seem awkward, haha! Upon leaving, I was gifted with a pair of Tru Religion jeans and even got to experience a fireworks show. The police were very concerned for my safety and constantly asked if I was ok, why wouldn't I be? I had the time of my life! Definitely bringing the misses next time!

Best experience I’ve had in a apartment. Kids at the near by school told my kid they got his back if anybody messes with him they got toys to protect him… cutest thing ever!! My neighbors came up to my door selling 25$ brownies. They said they were special because her son had made them for a scho project! Their is a beautiful noise that is in the walls all night sounds like the neighbors play music of animals to help sleep!!! I hear people singing upstairs f r e e fudge ninja free! I think that means they feel safe !! Overall it’s clean just sometimes I do see bugs in the hall way at night.. it don’t bother me. I think it’s from the door entry when people walk in and out. It looks like beetles but I’m not sure their is a lot of them and they like the dark.
