Plan 3+ hours. Lot \\\"F\\\" is frequently full. The answer is to have travelers drive several mins to G lot, then TRY to find a space and wait for a bus to drive them back to the F lot.. The air train goes right past the old \\\"E\\\" lot which has a stop for the train, PLUS the old E lot is not being fully utilized. O'Hare needs to re-open the old E lot.

Very easy to get there on the train, picked up a rental car inside and the entire area is spacious, clean, and modern. Was able to easily find my way in and out with the rental car.

No posted directions to facility from baggage claim area. Not friendly to access if traveler is physically disabled in a wheelchair. Homeless have a new place to gather. Be aware of your surroundings.

Dollar couldn't fulfil the reservation so Alamo picked up the slack turning a long bad day into something more bearable... The lady at the desk bent over backwards to help out... I just can't remember her name... But she stayed with it until it got settled and was smiling and cheerful all the way through even though I was tired and grumpy and at the end of my rope after a long overseas flight... She really deserves a raise... Especially if she has to deal with aggravated people on a daily basis...

One star for moving the regional busses off airport. Per Google maps 4 miles from Terminal 1 where it used to be across the street. Took almost half an hour to get from concourse C to the new bus center. Signs still guide you to the old location. Sure its nice but the old one served it's purpose and I'd be where I am going an hour sooner instead of sitting here waiting for the next bus. Good ole Chicago

Be prepared to wait if you don't check in ahead of time or use the kiosk. Had additional baggage on my return flight. Paid and tagged the new bags at kiosk. TSA was quick and fast moving just listen to instructions!

Clean and new, but poor selection of food. Vending machines only ain't no good. I miss the hot dogs and pizza choices. This is Chicago for goodness sake.

This is the final train station for parking F and car rental companies like Hertz, Budget, National, Avis, etc. You can take the escalators, elevators, or stairs to reach the train to the terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5. Usually, it is not crowded. I always find this place clean, with a comfortable seating area and multiple restrooms available. Water refill stations are also helpful—vending machines for drinks ($3 to $5) and veggie FarmersFridge meals. In addition, vending machines are available for purchasing electronics such as headphones and over-the-counter medications. The staff has always been helpful with instructions.

Returning a Hertz rental car, Google Map took us to the wrong entrance. The correct entrance is a half block south.Otherwise, dropping off the car was easy.A short elevated train ride takes you from the garage, to the airport. If you are in need of handicap services, Hertz will drive you, in your rental car to the airport. The staff is under a lot of pressure. But, they still found time to be friendly and helpful.

This is not the easiest parking lot to get to at Ohare. Plus side, the parking indicators are an added bonus when working.
