Terrible Customer Service . The Mexican guy by the print shop does not want to do his job. I asked for a simple print and he ignored me for 3 minutes fake busy . Then as soon as I walked to an aisle to search for paper he watched me the whole time. RACIST. Stay away

A very lazy team at this store. This other customer and I were trying to figure out the printer machine by ourselves as first timers. Nobody came by to assist. When I asked the manager why my copy was three times lighter than the original, she said because I was making copies of a copy, which doesn’t make any sense. I make copies of copies at home much better than these. This time I have many pages. The manager knew I was unhappy with the results and that I wasn’t come back ever, but she didn’t care. I see this store closing in the near future. You pay before you print, so you have to accept the crappy results.

Terrible terrible! Don is the most unhelpful person I have encountered. I ended up driving to FedEx Kinkos, go there instead!

Pressing for time 6:52, I was allowed to configure and print my work, with one of Office Max employees, inspite of the employee assisting someone, else, I consider this a miracle and excellent customer seevice?

I’ve printed basic B&W pages here before and it’s been fine. However, I was disappointed with their business cards: I’d created and submitted the design through their own website, but the color was different than what I’d given them, and the printing was uneven and splotchy.

Legit great service. On my print jobs as well as purchases large (office chair) and small (graph paper, poster tubs, storage boxes,etc). Make shopping locally worth the effort.
