I had a very good experience, actually very good. To begin with, we went with many doubts which were resolved in a very PROFESSIONAL manner by Miss Karen, what a good employee, the shipment arrived at its destination much earlier than we expected, exactly 8 days later. The cost in my opinion is not unreasonable. I absolutely recommend, and truly congratulate Karen on her excellent Visitor Service.

O'Globo in Chicago (Monroe) are irresponsible and thieves. They made an erroneous statement on the Dian, they asked me for an extra $25 dollars to "internationalize" the box and they STOLEN that too.The manager says that his employees' mistakes are not his problem, nor does he want to respond with the insurance, he is a rude and irresponsible guy.Be careful, the levels of nerve of these people is incredible, they are scammers.

Irresponsible, incompetent. They do not warn of certain weight restrictions in Colombia. Now we have the package detained for 2 extra pounds and my family would have to pay up to a million pesos. The owner of Globo stated that he does not want to be responsible for anything. We lost the package and the money. We DO NOT recommend this company.

Incompetent. We sent a 48-pound package, we paid for insurance and NO ONE from the company warned us that in Colombia they would charge up to 1 million pesos, the expensive weight was exceeded by 3 pounds. Now the package is detained at the DIAN. The owner of O'Globo cargo does NOT want to take responsibility for anything. Terrible service.

Son unos irresponsables y unos ladrones, envié una caja para Cali, Colombia y no la entregaron. Me solicitaron $25 dólares más ique para nacionalizar la caja en la DIAN y se los robaron también, la caja no fue entregada y no quieren responder, ni siquiera reconocer el monto asegurado. TENGAN CUIDADO, ES MEJOR USAR EL CORREO POSTAL, AL MENOS ELLOS DEVUELVEN LA CAJA.
