Wait times are long at this branch location and the customer service is poor. I arrived at 9:05 a.m. and the front door was closed. I knocked. Woman told me the lobby is closed and to use the drive through...WHAT??? I'm moving my accounts to another bank.

Took months of time to get a business account transferred with the appropriate paper work. Weeks of wait times between transactions and bankers that are unable to help due to the transfer to Old National.

Closed the outside ATM and drive through because they sold the building. The inside ATM was out of order because they were replacing it. There is no way to withdraw or deposit unless you come when the tellers are present.

My checking account was closed and I found out about this by logging online. No warning from the bank , no phone call , email or any other communication .7 days later I still don’t have access to my money, I don’t know if my last paycheck was deposited or not...I got conflicting statements from bank employees regarding the reason for closing of the account . I attempted to get in contact with Nicole(branch manager) who apparently took the decision but 5 voicemails later no reply yet.Walked into the bank still couldn’t get a reason or where the funds are.
