I typically don't leave reviews unless someone demonstrates exceptional customer service. Karen C., the banker at the Uptown branch location, was a pleasure to work with. She exhibited exceptional patience and friendliness throughout our interaction. Her extensive knowledge allowed her to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She promptly responded to my calls and emails, which was greatly appreciated. My experience with her was outstanding, and her exemplary customer service ensures that I would gladly return.

I hate this bank since they took over period point blank ;they have rude customer service and they don’t care about your money nor their services. And it’s most branches so good luck finding one you like
So Update I literally go into the bank today and I can say this first .. What a difference a state makes … I love the Midwest as I am a traveling Health Professional I like to keep the same bank , so anywho Mrs Karen changed the face of the entire bank in one transaction what a great experience she was very polite, professional,and knowledgeable of what exact situation I was in and how to provide the best experience way to go Karen ! I went in today to discuss some things on my account I was unsure about and Sylvia May thoroughly explained them to me. Afterwards she was very helpful with applying for a credit card. I left there with great relief and understanding of my new credit card. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of rates and what would best work for me. I had a great experience at this Old National Bank and will continue to go back there if I have any further questions.

Had an account at this bank thru 3 changes in ownership. None were great but since Old National took over service has plummeted across the board. A couple examples: many fees on previously free services, I now have to take off work during a weekday to access my safety deposit box, forget about trying to get a response from management if you have a problem. Old National will be old news to me shortly.

Our HOA had an account with bridgeview bank- once first Midwest bought them out we went to make sure that our account would remain the same. They confirmed we would not be charged any fees outside of our original account. 1 year into our account with first Midwest they started charging us $37- month without our awareness. We are a small HOA and so we only pay our bills online- we barely check it. Anyways we found out 8 months after about these fees. They refused to eliminate them. We decided to close out our account bc we felt this was very unfair. Going in to close out they reached technical issues and couldn’t print out a document that I needed to sign to close it out. This bank is nothing but trouble. Don’t bank here! I rarely write reviews but this bank is not client-centered what so ever. They are sneaky and will hit you with fees without your awareness.
