Great Old Navy store on Fullerton. Well organized and easy to find everything. I also appreciate they have a huge section of clothes on clearance.

We usually really like this location; however today our experience was awful. The cashier Alejandra was extremely rude — she should not be working in a customer facing role. While I understand we had some complex transactions, I asked her to confirm the discount was in correctly because it didn’t look right. She said yes. I got the receipt and it was wrong. She had an attitude about me calling it out.

I’ve been shopping at this whole Navy for the past few years, and this store has been consistently solid in overall experience. However, in the last few months, something has changed for the better- the staff at this location is so incredibly nice and helpful, and will always go above and beyond. It’s clear the staff all genuinely care about the work they do, and it’s so refreshing. The store is always clean and organized, even at peak hours. I LOVE coming to this location, amazing job to the whole staff, and especially store leadership! I’m always excited for my next trip back :)

The store is a usual Old Navy. It's great for casual, fun clothes. Sometimes the clothes are a bit messy if it's busy.

Terrible ‘leadership’ there. Customer service is sorely lacking at the Harlem Ave Location. Definitely a reflection of management.
