If I could give "One Strange Bird" zero stars, I would. This place is the epitome of a rip-off. The owner fills her shop with cheap trinkets she buys in bulk from China and Amazon, then marks them up to outrageous prices. I’ve seen the same items on Temu and Shein for a fraction of the cost—literally one-quarter of what she charges.
I made the mistake of purchasing something from this so-called "boutique," and it broke almost immediately. When I tried to return it, the owner refused to exchange it or give me a refund. She clearly doesn’t stand by the junk she sells. The way she runs her business is deceitful and unethical.
You will also notice that after any negative review, within hours and days, multiple suspiciously generic positive reviews pop up. It's obvious she has friends or family writing fake reviews to cover up the truth about her store. Beware of this place and the owner. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually cares about its customers.
