It's been awhile since I stop foot in an auto parts store. The store unfortunately only had 1 employee, what is going on O'Reilly. Luckily for me Robert was on duty. He was on the phone nonstop taking care of customers. He was taking care of a vendor that was dropping off inventory. He took time to address my questions and provided his expertise in helping me with my problem, even though he was busy and alone. Thank you, Robert. O'Reilly is lucky to have such a great employee like you.

I noticed today being advised and sold products by Manuel in the store that he is friendly, knowledgeable, has a positive spirit, and a large amount of empathy for customers. He seems to enjoy his work and is proud of his job. That's rare nowadays. O'Reilly is fortunate to have him.

I can't stress enough how Edgar and company saved the day. They helped me get things situated with my vehicle, as well as took the time to show me how to perform the small task of replacing brake lights, that I didn NOT know how to do. I'm coming back here no matter what for my car. I love in Indiana, but I work and go to school here near to this location. Totally worth it to take the 30 minute ride to get here . Everyone who works at this location is very good at what they do. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Edgar and Company!!!

Please treat ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS with respect. Without PAYING CUSTOMERS, you don’t have a job! Acknowledge your customers when they walk through the door and take care of those that are in front of you. A customer on the phone can be placed on hold, for you younger generation that don’t know.
