They take a long time to get paid, I think it would be good if they had a person exclusively to collect, because they take a long time and sometimes you want to just pay and leave because many times you are working and need to continue on your route.

I went because my car was giving me trouble starting and it turned out to be the battery that needed to be replaced and Jonathan, the Czech, was on point with the scanner and installed it, good job👍👍

I was in your store on December 11 2023 to buy a cv joint axle for my car but the so called manager that morning wouldn’t give me my warranty for my part my number was in the computer but he claimed he didn’t see where I had any warranty but I went to another oreilly and got service they seen that I had warranty right away but you know what I think it’s a racist act I’m black and he’s Mexican 8:00 o’clock in the morning never shop this store again…2551 West Cermack Road Chicago Illinois 60608 OREILLY AUTO PARTS

Came here yesterday for a new key fob battery because mine was almost dead. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to replace it for me cause I didn’t know how. Great customer service! Thanks again!
