I was driving home and noticed my headlight was out. Stop by to buy a new buld and replacement myself. I'm no mechanic so I picked the high beam bulb and Cesar double checked with me and helped me get the correct low beam bulb. I took out the wrong bulb and Marco definitely helped me change the correct bulb.

Absolutely amazing customer service and inventory. This is my favorite location in the entire city, the staff is always helpful and kind. Honestly, the main reason I go here is because the people that work here, across the board, are totally awesome, honest, and helpful.

They employees or someone keeps parking on the sidewalk behind the store on Spaulding (it appears to be a company vehicle) and there is currently no sidewalk on the other side of the street. This is a blatant accessibility violation and makes it dangerous for any pedestrians trying to walk past. Each of the attached photos are from separate days which I encountered vehicles illegally parked on the sidewalk. Today, an employee came outside to harass me for taking pictures in public. This is unacceptable.

Worst customer service. Came in for a lug and they didn't have it. Asked for a check engine light ,the manager said he just finished testing one and he's tired . Come back another day? OK. Like never again . I'll stick with the normal Auto Parts stores.

Huge thanks to Caesar helping me get my new battery despite the below zero temperatures and the noticeable cold temperatures inside the store as well..he was willing to help. After having to get a jump start prior he really came through with making our already stressful day a little better!

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Was the only one in the store and instead of being helped or acknowledged i watched a full fledge argument between the two employees while I stood 2 feet away from them.
