I just went in with my dad. My dad asked the guy something about the car and he said "I don't know" isn't he supposed to know in order to work there? What if he gives us the wrong product for our car?!

If you ever to this location make sure you ask to speak to a male supervisor who knows about cars. This worker by the name of mia was rude and racist. She was very lazy and didn't know anything about cars and didn't want to order parts I requested. You would think a big corporation like this would hire knowledgeable workers.

I called to inquire about a Motorcraft BXT-96R-590 battery advertised on their website that wasn't available online or in store so they could special order it. I called the next day about my order and was told that they will not carry that battery in the foreseeable future. The associate was polite and apologized for the issue. I have purchased many parts in the past and will continue to do so but please remove this item from your website if you don't intend to sell it.
