Changed in the rain! I'll just say this upfront. I am not the most mechanically inclined driver on the road. So when I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts for new wipers I was shocked when Jason, the manager, offered to replace them free of charge. An easy, "yes," from me.Then in the parking lot in front of the store, IN THE RAIN!, Jason, the nicest and most mechanically tuned person, replaced my old ones.Wipers may not seem like a big deal but try getting most any company to give you free installation of a product you just bought, right on the spot. That was good enough service to get my return business.He also changed a semi-complicated low beam headlight which I priced at up to a $120 labor charge at some car service places.Lots of people get good service at all kinds of businesses and never say a word, unless it is to complain.I say, outstanding work deserves recognition. I like to give credit where credit's due. Jason, at O'Reilly's, 5315 N. Milwaukee, deserves recognition for helping me keep money in my pocket. It feels good.

I was looking for these low-voltage bulbs to repair my Tahoe. Radio back lights. The young man found him on the Walmart website! He ordered them for me and I repaired my radio. Thank you O’reillys Auto Parts.
