Dominic went above and beyond, repairing my fuse for my radio. I had no idea how to fix it, and he put in the effort to look up where it was, finding the right fuse in the store and then switching out the old one for the new one. Much appreciated!

I came in to get a set of wiper blades but couldn't find the blade for the rear window. When I went up to the counter, Andrew, a very pleasant young man, looked it up, found it, and went to the back room to get it. He brought out a whole set and said they were cheaper than the ones I had selected but I know they were good - they were Bosch brand. As I was leaving, Andrew was right in front of me, asked if the car was here, and then offered to install them for me! Phenomenal experience, Andrew was super helpful! Can't say enough about this place.

*ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORKING ON THE WEEKEND!*...
Overall this is a good store. You'll find what you're looking for just by coming in. Typically no issues. The employees try hard to service their customers the best they can. Some more so than others..But they are given a lot of tasks to complete for customers as well by the management. (Changing wipers, reading ECU codes, testing batteries)..But the management needs to have MORE than ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORKING ON A WEEKEND! The weekends are extremely busy for people purchasing auto parts and supplies. I had to walk out after waiting 20+ minutes in line, just for trying to get some washer fluid and radiator hose clamps. Because of the stores short staffing over the weekend..You're much better off stopping there during the weekday if possible. It's not the employees fault, but the management running the store.. Get some more employees in there. At least FOUR on the weekend!

I've been going to this location for years. Even if other stores are closer, i prefer this one over the others in my area ! Great location, excellent parts stock and selection, clean & well run store , lots of parking available, Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and gets you the best parts you need.

The store was great! My Ford Explorer needed a new battery and Andrew tested and replaced it within 15 minutes! Highly recommend them! Thanks for getting me up and running again ?

He displayed generosity of spirit in going above and beyond his job duties by sacrificing time and effort to repair my headlight!! It was a complex procedure requiring the removal of an old battery to install a new headlight!! Andrew is an exceptional employee who should be held in high regard by his employer!! Bravo!!!!

I spoke with James Epley, the store manager regarding an issue with my car. He recommended Crest Automotive for a second opinion before I buy some product from him! He not only engaged in listening to my dilemma, he pointed me in the direction of another like-minded stand-up business! You don't find that kind of emotional intelligence often so it was definitely necessary to pay it forward with this review! Thanks James for your your time and talent!
