I ordered a part for my car on 10/11/2024. I was told the part would be here on 10/18/24. NO PART WAS ORDERED I WAITED A WHole WEEK. THAT GUY Curtis was not helpful at all and was disrespectful. I will tell all my friends Church And neighbors how I was treated.

I'm been doing business with O'Reilly hi/ lo for 30 years in Texas and all the united states', this is the first time that I was denied the restroom,the women told me that I can't used it....and I was here before 2 or 3 months ago and the other employees were very friendly and helpful but not this time because the two employees were busy with friends in the parking lot and was a strong smell of marijuana , I'm not saying that the employees were smoking because I didn't check on that but it was from the same people,,,,,,I ave spend time outside the store because I had. Car trouble that's why I saw that and when first arrived earlier two man where smoking literally by the main entrance,,,,I see they have cameras so they can check and confirm ,,,,

Well we when there because we have to bring the car to the emissions test and we want to know if the car was ready or not. Turn out the lady who assisted us just so kind and tell us exactly what we need to repair to passed the emissions test. So love it :)
