Came to this location to purchase a part. A local AutoZone has it for less asked for a price match. They told me they will not price match unless I go print it on a printer.
We live in an app world now, folks If you need me to take a snapshot and email it so you can print it for your boss and some office somewhere so be it. But don’t inconvenience me to go back to the shop, print out a paper to satisfy something that doesn’t need to be done. It’s pretty obvious. It’s on their site. Take a look at the pictures. work with your customers next time Don’t inconvenience them!
I use this benefit often at other locations. This is the first time in 25 years that I’ve had to go print it on a piece of paper.

Evy at O'Reily helped me as soon as I walked through the door. Very personable, very professional and had the best energy. Every time I come back, I'll ask for her to assist me with knowing I'll get exactly what I need.

Terrific service and above and beyond professionalism. I had actually called several stores and was in a frustrated and angry mode. Moises Padilla the assistant store manager didn't flinch at my rude behavior. He remained calm and helpful only to ask politely if he had done or said anything to upset me and if I was feeling ok, concerned about me when I hadn't even met this man and was doing my best to be a jerk. All I can say is that the experience taught me a lesson as well as gave me a go to place for my auto parts. I usually shop between them but from now on this particular store has my business. I will be coming here first, last and always. You should too, so often nowadays the personal touch and extra efforts of days of old are lost. You can find them easily at this location. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with your well being and satisfaction. This is the only place to go for your auto needs! On top of being so terrific, also provided fast, knowledgeable and much appreciated sage advice regarding my parts, options and much needed suggestions. Thank you!

Friendly helpful staff. The employee worked very hard to get us an answer to our question. It was the wrong answer, but he tried hard and was very eager to help. In an age where many stores of all kinds can be understaffed with surly, disinterested employees, this still seems like a win.

I like to research almost any product or service I need, especially if I don't know much about it. When my Hyundai Sonata's low beam warning light came on it meant I needed to make some calls and get Googling. A Hyundai dealer priced the light and install at about $130. I watched a youtube install. Aways harder for me to do than the guy who has done it 5,000 times. But, I decided to do it myself and bought the light from O'Reilly's, 5316 N. Milwaukee Ave. just off of 90/94. Still the reluctant mechanic, I asked the sales guy about an installation since they had once installed my wipers for free. It's something they do for everybody who buys wipers. Who knew? Jason A. was obviously an expert, unassuming and offered to replace my faulty low beam in a driving rain and in the freakn' parking lot for free, except for the price of the light, of course. Lights can be a much more complex process than wipers. Oh, I asked him what his job title was. Reply? Store Manager. From purchase to install, it took about 12 minutes. The kicker, I saved about $115 over a dealer's price for the combo install and product and Jason provided the best service imaginable. I left there feeling like I had won something. Suddenly things seemed much brighter. Thanks Jason.

I think the change in managers has ruined my favorite place to shop for parts. Sammy has no desire to help a customer. He is not very knowledgeable, unhelpful, and forthcoming with questions and answers. I think he neither cares nor understands customer service or how to talk to people. I have been shopping here for years and now I need to find a new place.
