Great people just can’t believe a BILLION dollar company can’t hire or have more people for the customers it’s 4:00 pm on a weekday abs to have 2 people to help out with customers is sad . O’Reilly better up their working conditions Atleast to strive in customer service cause this is RIDICULOUS. The wait time for a simple Witt of oil is looking at 2-3hr wait. Customers about to line up out the door it’s quite sad .

My car was marking. I needed an engine coolant, I went there to ask for help on what kind I needed for my car... the employee working there was so friendly and helpful! He went outside with me, opened the hood, and checked for me! Turned out the the cap was loose and I had plenty of coolant ! He didn't charged me for his help and didn't accept a tip either! I so recommend this place for all the single ladies with no man to help you out ?❤️

Prices are way too high!!! It’s ridiculous. I go online and the item is a third of the price, explain how this makes sense?
I have to work three full work shifts to buy a battery! Anyone else aware of this? Why are people continuing to purchase overpriced items? Hello!?

I needed 6 lug nuts for pipes they hold on to the catalyst went to O'Reilly's on Kedzie told the O'Reilly's associate he had a pack of six it was missing one. He was great he called the other store 68th and Pulaski said they had a pack I asked 47 associate to ask them on Pulaski make sure they have a six in the pack the pack only contain five they grabbed just any other not they had in the drawer through it in there and I was unaware came back home that lug nut would not fit. Went back to O'Reilly's on 47th now the associate young lady refused to help me when in your hand they have to pack a five O'Reilly's on 68th did not have any more correct lug nuts drove back and forward wasted 3 hours went from the beginning I asked them to please make sure there was six in a pack was unable to finish was unable to take give the customer back the truck I was fixing
