Out-U-Go has been monumental for us. We work 9-5 and to know that the dogs are always in good hands is so important. We lived in River North and used them, and the switch to the South Loop location was so smooth and seamless. We can't recommend them enough!

We live Out U Go for our two cats. They are super responsive, reliable, and friendly. For long or short trips we know our cats are well taken care of. They'll check for packages, bring in the mail, and have watered plants when we've asked. Not sure what we would do without them!
