We recently celebrated our wedding at Ovation, and we couldnāt be happier with the experience! From the start, the team at Ovation (Nicole & Cydnei) displayed a high level of professionalism, handling every detail with care and attention. They were responsive, organized, and truly dedicated to ensuring that our day went smoothly.
The venue itself is stunning, offering a beautiful blend of elegance and charm that set the perfect backdrop for our special day. One standout touch was the vintage car they provided for us to drive in and take photos withāit added such a unique, romantic element that our guests loved.
Speaking of guests, everyone had an incredible time! Devin created an atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We had so many people that said they couldnāt stop dancing.The Ovation team was on top of every detail, from the setup to the flow of the evening. We couldnāt have asked for a more perfect experience and would highly recommend Ovation to anyone looking for a venue thatās professional, stylish, and truly dedicated to making your day memorable.

If you are going for an industrial yet intimate vibe, Ovation is the venue for you. From the built in bar to the ceremony and reception spaces separated by an elegant curtain, the venue is made for a seamless experience. They also have a plethora of DJs to match your music taste and an in-house graphic designer to create the digital displays. The leadership is very flexible, too. My sister is a graphic designer and did the graphics for my wedding; the in-house designer assisted her with ensuring everything worked and displayed properly. When we booked the venue, we worked heavily with Spencer. We actually hadnāt moved to Chicago yet when we found the venue, but with our date being one of the few available, we contacted Spencer. He was super receptive, helped coordinate a video tour, and followed up to do an in-person tour after our move to the city. When we saw the venue in person, we were so excited, and it lived up to our expectations. The aesthetic worked so well with our vision. We highly recommend the venue, not only for its vibe, but also for the experience of working with Spencer and his team.

My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Ovation this past Friday 09/20 and it was an absolutely spectacular experience. The venue was/is gorgeous and well kept, parking was easy, the Rolls Royce ride was a nice way to take a moment for ourselves (highly recommend) and load in/out was a breeze. Spencer, the boss man, was a joy to work with from the very beginning of planning; heās thorough on details and even gave us a check-in the day after our reception. Their Djs are from the company Style Matters DJs and let me tell you, Duke was amazing! He mixed the perfect balance of classic tunes, oldies, dance and New Age music to where every guest made an appearance on the dance floor at some point throughout the night. Iād post photos, but I havenāt even gotten there yet! Ovation has become my top recommendation as an event space in Chicago; youāll absolutely get everything you are looking for and then some by booking here. Thank you for helping us #getstoned2024 and start our married life together!

Lovely venue, lovely people. Desperately needs acoustic treatment. Couldn't carry on a conversation even before the music started. Staff are certainly damaging their hearing.

Iāve completely forgotten to review but ran across my wedding invites 3 years later and it brought back such lovely memories of this special day we had at Ovation! I am writing this a whopping one year later after our wedding. Today is our anniversary and as we look back on photos, it truly was SUCH a gem! This was the first venue we toured back in June of 2022 and we of course wanted to lock it in for our May 2023 wedding. Everything was wonderful! Spencer and his team were so on top of everything that I never really felt nervous or uneasy on our big day. They have such great amenities included in the price as well! The only regret I have is that we ourselves did not take a picture in the photo booth!! But we loved getting a digital copy of everyone else's! š. Truly look no further!! They will help make your vision come to life! We were able to walk down the aisle to 2 different songs with a string quartet and piano. It doesn't get better than that!

I cannot say enough good things about Ovation, Spencer, and the space! We did a lot of venue shopping and Ovation was the best value by a long shot, especially for Chicago and the vibe we were going for. Not only is the space included with all tables and chairs, AND lounge areas, but an experienced DJ, extra decor elements, and in house digital design is included among a photobooth and 1950's Rolls Royce for awesome photo moments. These are just a few items that are included with Ovation.
We had the greatest experience working with Spencer and his team, as well as with Max, our DJ. We loved the venue, and they made everything so easy for us. Spencer was so accommodating and helpful, and really took any and all stress away. We "softened" the space with candle votives vs. flowers, and it really fit the overall aesthetic. Book with Ovation or a sister-site for your wedding/event, you will not regret it!

We had such a great time hosting our wedding at Ovation this past weekend. Duke, our DJ, was awesome. The venue is stunning and the Rolls Royce is such a fun touch. This would not only be a great spot to book your wedding but also host corporate events, etc.!
