Brought my husband’s uniform pants to get them hemmed and altered by 6 1/2 inches but received them 11 inches shorter. On top of that the receipt that I have received (pink paper) was not admissible by our employer for reimbursement of tailoring services as it doesn’t contain any information about the shop.Lady was very rude saying it is my fault for not telling her properly that the length should be 32 inches - instead she wrote how much she should cut off and got confused at the end.I haven’t received neither my money back for horrible service nor an apology for destroying pants which were paid 45$.She definitely didn’t think it is appropriate to reimburse me the cost of pants she destroyed, however she offered me complimentary hemming of next pair of pants. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere! This person doesn’t deserve your business!

Friendly service and good work. Came to this laundry service/dry cleaner for a change of venue and patronizing local business. Happy with the end result, but disappointed about their 'much' higher prices, than other dry cleaners in the area, and 3X the price from those in Lincoln Park, Edgewater, Loop, and Gold Coast neighborhoods. Really, launder shirts (wash & iron) $4 ea, dry clean shirts $7, pants dry clean & press $5, and pants alterations (similar to others, in price) $15. I find this to be expensive given the neighborhood and the patronage that could be available in the Jefferson/Portage/Edison/Norwood Park & Mayfair since many police live in these neighborhoods, and it's conveniently located within 0.3 miles & 6 minute walk to Jefferson Park el/train stationServices: Laundry wash & fold

I have clothes that have been wrecked with flooding, bad storage conditions and they have saved my clothes. I couldn’t be more thankful. What I was charged to fix and clean does not even come close to rebuying all my clothes. I hate giving reviews . I won’t talk bad about a business I just won’t return to the business. But breaking all my rules this dry cleaners is amazing, truthful and honest. Seriously consider trying them for any particular problem with clothes, area rugs, alterations.

I've been going here for 9 years and never once had a problem-- they've always been on time, polite, and professional! They are a small, locally owned Asian-American business. Parking can be a little difficult to find on occasion- but there's usually a few spaces on the south side of Lawrence at any given time-- if worst case scenario simply park in the neighborhood south of Lawrence.
