Don't expect any support once you drop a few thousand $$$ on lighting. The service / support area is extremely unhelpful. Be sure you buy extra parts and bulbs, because P/EO won't help with any follow up once your charge clears!

Love this lightning store! Came in on way back from the gym and walked in to see if they had a nice hall fixture to replace the old one. A young woman came over to help me and suggested the model that was nice and flat and gave a good amount of light. I purchased 2 and was on my way. She was so lovely and appeared to enjoy her job. I don't think she is there every day. I believe her name was Marissa. The fixtures worked out really well. I'll go back when I replace the kitchen lights!

Took up my parking lot with their truck. I called and politely asked for them to move it. Their staff was rude and pretended to be ignorant about owning trucks.
