Very bad attention, they forgot to put the Elio on the balloons for an important birthday and then they didn't want to put it on when I returned, look for another place, very bad experience with this place.

I ordered a costume online for curbside pickup. I waited in the car for about 20 minutes because it was the day before Halloween and they were busy. After a while I had to go in and tell the girl at the cash register I'd been waiting outside and she asked me for my name and got it out of a box. They weren't even doing curbside pickup... Like not even pretending. I guess they were just waiting until people came inside from being tired of waiting.

Fairly clean store. Some people are helpful, there’s a couple who are just on their cell phones the entire time without acknowledging customers. Online prices don’t match the in store pricing. Certain balloons that are available in regular aisles at other party cities are behind the counter at this one. There’s no real way of knowing which ones unless you ask for something specifically.

My wife entered on the 7 of May 2024 to buy a mother's day balloon. She asked the cash If they sell them individually. He turned around and asked the manager Ariana and she refused to sell her one individual mother'sday balloon. She said those are only sold in a bundle. But no bundle was made on that day with etras on hand. Is party city there to make money? It seems like some of your managers are costing the store money. Very professional of ariana to be talking about the general manager in such a way. Talking about how the general manager doesn't do anything, and ariana HATES the way the general manager works. How the general manager, all she does is talk on the phone with her friends most of the day. Please have a conversation with your staff about the level of unprofessionalist. If Ariana is miserable working at party city. Why is she yet Working at party city? I guess some people are just miserable. I said what I needed to say. Do not contact me by any means. The level of unprofessionalism.

I mean it's cool to walk in and see all the cool stuff and amazing if you need a specific themed party but you better walk in planning to spend money .
