I truly recommend this place my car was in a minor crash although I didn't want to drive my car that way I contacted my auto insurance and they directed me straight to Paul Ries & Sons Auto Repair where Bridgette, Lety, George and Juan were very patient and quick with my repairs and keeping me up to date with my car weekly which I really appreciate I was given an estimated time of two weeks to be done with my car but they ended up doing it in a week and I appreciate them so much recommend it alot !!

I received 2 proposals, but when I dropped off my car they said I agreed to something different and then tried to charge me more. If someone would have said there was a mistake on the quote I would have continued to have them complete the work, but they were trying to make it look like I was the one wrong, when I produced the emails of the conversation, they suggested I pick up my car, so I did without repairs. This could have been resolved but they were on the defense right away and weren't listening or acknowledging my emails.

Best shop in town. I came in with some bad scrapes along the side of my car, once I came in the gentleman guided me through what they were going to do, pointed out additional areas and made it very clear how much it was going to cost. I felt super comfortable leaving my car with them, the environment felt like a family gathering and all your favorite cousins are there. Everyone was cheerful, patient and knowledgeable I left my car not feeling like my car was getting repaired but instead like it was being upgraded. Then once I received my car earlier today I was absolutely SHOCKED by the pristine condition of it. I know that matching paints and disguising some damages can be difficult but it looked like they replaced my car with a brand new one. I still can't believe how good it looks. I hope I'm not needing repairs any time soon but if I do, I know exactly where to go for above and beyond service. Thank you all so much!

This Service was spectacular! They are very professional and knowledgeable with cars ! I love that they are honest about what’s wrong with your vehicle even though the issue may not be pertaining to the initial accident and they’re willing to fix it! My Car looks Amazing thanks to them!!!! Just like New! The Service was Freaky Fast and the work looks correct. They told me that my car would be ready by a certain day, & trust and believe me it was ready! If you’re looking for an Auto Body Shop, This is the place to GO !
