Walked in for a re alt on an item I got in the DC store. Rick was super welcoming and also helped me pick out some additional accessories for wedding day.A great Paul Stuart experience, as always.

I’ve shopped at Paul Stuart for over 30 years and I’ve always been happy, but when I tried to exchange/repair a $700 cashmere sweater, they were not willing to exchange the sweater, but rather have it repaired, which I have no problem with but they think it’s on me to pay for the repair. The sweater is less than a year old. When I spend that kind of money, I should be able to expect that the store would stand behind its product. I’m now headed to Nordstrom to buy the corduroys and other items I was prepared to buy a Paul Stuart. At least I know Nordstrom stands behind what they sell and if something is not right, they will make it right. It was clear to me that the salesman “helping” me wanted to get to the “whale” that walked in while I was in the store. Pretty crass really. I live in Montana and could have paid for the repair at home. You know it is bad when Paul Stuart can’t deliver quality customer service.

The experience was magnificent! All the gentlemen who work there are very knowledgeable of the products, answered all my questions, and were a pleasure to work with. The store itself had an excellent selection, and the gentlemen helped me get some great products while still staying within my budget. I highly recommend visiting if you are needing a new wardrobe or even a little panache to add to your existing wardrobe.
