Very smooth and thorough experience. I appreciate that they provided a free vet visit. There were some very minor things caught, and it means a lot that I didn’t start out this adoption with an added expense!

Everyone at PAWS was a delight. From the front desk staff, to the volunteers, to the adoption desk, to the counselor...everyone was friendly, professional, and well-informed. They were respectful and patient in giving us as much time as needed for our decision, and seemed genuinely excited for our little family to grow....
