This is one of the best eye doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I have my eyes dilated for the first time, and I was so scared, but the doctor was so patient and kept reassuring me the whole time also found the perfect pair glasses and felt so comfortable while I was at the office. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Weekes is fantastic. Super friendly and charismatic. He was thorough checking my eye health and the prescription. I tried prescription contacts for the first time and it has been a game changer. The team were patient with me as they taught me how to take the contacts on and off. The frame selection is pretty solid. There is everything from stylish cheapies to high-end designer frames. The dispensing staff didn't push me any direction other than what looked good on my face - I didn't feel they were trying to sell me the most expensive. It's a nice calm space.

I’ve never been “loyal” to an optometrist before coming here. I’ve been seeing Dr. Weekes for years now given the attentive, excellent care I receive, and also because of Andrew, who goes above and beyond for patients. He set me up for my specific needs, backpacking, and did so expediently, and with great care for the health of my eyeballs while in the mountains. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision for friendly staff, affirming and inclusive environment, and personalized care. 10/10 recommend.

I just took a day off to come here where there is no parking for block’s because of tow zones. They’re supposed to be up for seven weeks I found out AFTER double parking and asking if I would be towed if I parked and came in. The woman at the front with glasses said “Yes” and I asked where one can park if they’re a clinic without parking and she said “Ashland and Dover”, so I said “Where’s Dover?” And she pointed the opposite direction of Ashland. I tried to clarify and she was short with me and blinked condescendingly that clearly where she was pointing was East and I said “you said the intersection of Ashland and Dover” and she said no. So I left because I would never make it on time once I found parking several blocks away. And even tho I spoke to them on the phone two days ago when they weee putting up the no parking signs and the clinic knew they were, they still didn’t inform me, they aren’t informing patients. They’re waiting until you show up and the woman who is shorter with glasses and curly hair in the front will give you instructions as if you didn’t know. Before when I came they were really decisive about Men’s glasses vs. Women’s glasses and yet they seem to be very inclusive there. Maybe that’s a chain thing. They told me I had a condition but without any follow up just a kind hearted but empty diagnosis without much follow up. They’ve been good about adjusting my frames in the past. I’m not going anymore based on their setup of not telling patients they won’t be able to park

When I first walked into Pearle Vision I was late, and had to reschedule. I wasn't upset with anyone, but myself. I felt the energy in the store and spent around thirty minutes basking in it.
My next appointment two days later (This time, I arrived forty-five minutes early 😂.) the energy felt a little off, However, I ignored it and was instantly engulfed in peace.
Dr. Weeks was TRULY AWESOME !! I'm moving to Arizona soon, so I asked Dr. Weeks, to let me in plenty of time for me to fly in and out
I fell in love with the team. Thank you Drew for putting together a GREAT team. I have so many positive things to say about THIS store, but I'll end here now.

I had a great experience at this location. The team was able to create the perfect lenses for my complex vision issues due to a TBI from a fall on Black Ice in 2023, that has affected me ever since. Thank you so much. I can finally see :) This location and team are DEFINATELY recommended. Thanks again !!

Wonderful service, very nice staff, took my concerns w my sunlight sensitivity seriously and I've now got sunglasses that I don't have to put back together every day lol
