I love this plane. The best hot sauce, salsa, unique bbq sauce. My fav combo is the lime salsa and lime bbs sauce and the coffee rub!!!

All of the staff was super helpful! The one gentleman gave us several samples to try so we could pick the perfect sauces. Great variety and all were delicious. Can’t wait to cook with my new spice rub too. Samantha was great at check out! Definitely recommend this place for unique sauces and great for gifts!

Went in for a gift and couldn’t pass up a couple sauces for myself as well. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. A bonus is that you can sample anything they sell! Thank you for the pleasurable shopping experience! ?️

The manager at this location was amazing. He was so kind and knowledgeable! The coffee rub was amazing. It’s different, but worth a try for sure! I came to Chicago on vacation and I’m glad I stopped in. He also mentioned that he wanted to open his own location one day, so I’m manifesting & praying that that happens to him <3

amazing sauces and seasonings! Deqota helped my partner and I find a jalapeño ketchup that we had been trying find to for months. He also helped us with sampling a bunch of other sauces and seasonings. 10/10 visit.

The employee was very friendly and let us taste tons of spices. I got a few meat sticks and was disappointed by the Cajun flavor and found the ghost flavor just spicy enough to tickle. The actual hot sauces seem far stronger. Prices are a tad hi, as you'd expect. The store had a special where the cheapest fourth item was free!

Our visit (June 30) to the Pepper Palace was nothing short of exceptional. Victoria G. was the most wonderful Salesperson ever. She listened to our likes/ dislikes and recommended products accordingly. She even mixed some products together to see if we liked it. She was so sweet that she told us that she would be working at the Navy Pier the next day and we went to the Pier and went looking for her. She was so happy to see us and she had more stuff for us to try. If you have a Customer Service Award, I nominate that she should receive one. Thank you so much for everything Victoria! You're the best!!!

I came for the Chicago Sports Museum, and I stopped into Pepper Palace just to look around. I was immediately greeted by Deqota, he was so helpful and kind and I just had to get something. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for some spice.
