Excellent Service and Expert Knowledge!
I had a great experience at Petco Auto Parts & Service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I needed a few parts for my vehicle and some repair work done, and they delivered on both fronts.
The mechanic, Eddy, I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue clearly, without any upselling or pressure. The parts were high quality and reasonably priced, and the service was done on time and with great attention to detail.
It’s rare to find a shop where you can trust both the products and the people—this place is definitely one of them. I’ll be coming back for any future work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled service.

Petco auto parts. I want to start off with I’ve been to 2 different mechanics spots and they both told me it was my AC Compressor was broken. So I decided to drive from Niles il to Chicago and heard of Petco auto parts and they took Their time and figured out exactly what was wrong with my wife’s car and it turns out my AC COMPRESSOR WAS NOT BROKEN AND IT WAS ONLY A COUPLE OF SENSORS THAT WAS OUT THEY FIXED IT AND I SAVED $1000. Thank you Albert for helping us out today!

Petco Auto Parts-I can't say enough good things about this place! It's truly the best spot to get your vehicle repaired. The honesty and integrity of the staff are second to none, and the service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure your car is in top condition.
The prices are unbeatable, far better than anyone else around. The value you get for the quality of work done is exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend PETCO AUTO PARTS to anyone in need of reliable and affordable car parts & repair services.

You should 100 percent give Petco Auto Parts your business. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who care. Our family broke down in the parking lot across the street due to a dead battery. Eddie their mechanic immediately sprung in to action and helped give us a jump and then replaced the old battery with a new one. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day!!

First experience having my car fixed at Petco and the mechanic Eddie was attentive, checked everything out (beyond what I asked) and gave very honest and thorough explanations followed by great work for a super fair price. I later found out that Eddie has an engineering background, which makes sense, because he was super intelligent and figured stuff out that other mechanics couldn’t. I’m so happy that my old Land Rover will be in trusted hands with Eddie. Albert was also super kind and the whole place seems efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
