I took my dog here on Xmas Eve for the dog self wash and boy was I not impressed. I normally frequent this one when I cannot get in for grooming. However I guess this day all the nice staff was on vacation because these folks sucked. I felt I was treated unfairly and I will never return to this petco I called customer service in tears. They helped but nothing will ever erase the feeling I felt that day. I almost cancelled my membership to petco and that would have been just sad because I actually like the brand.

Not the store for you if you have any pet other than a dog or cat. Absolutely no small pet/exotic/avian/fish supplies.

Vet tech was EXTREMELY rude and belittling of people who were doing a good thing by fostering a homeless cat vs having it go to a kill shelter.

On Saturday March 30th at around 3:30 I went in to bathe my dog like I have done tons of times. The tub I wanted to use was currently occupied. I was going to wash my dog in the center tub but they left before I even started so I switched and used the one they used. Only ONE tub was used. When all was said and done.
While finishing a man was standing right next to me, very close. And started yelling (yes yelling) at me about using 2 tubs. I was explaining what happened and he kept getting closer and I asked him to get back. He was being unprofessional and my dog isn’t great with strangers who are yelling at me!! He responds with “then maybe you shouldn’t even have your dog in here then!!”
No matter what I said and what I explained he was extremely rude and unprofessional and made a big deal out of nothing.
I go to pay and he tried to charge me for 2 baths!! And continued to argue and raise his voice with me in the store.
He said he was the manager and his name was Brandon (who knows if this was true) and if he was the manager. God help this store. And the customer service girl Crystal was not very kind either and was just full of attitude as if this was all a joke. After years of going to this location I will no longer. What a disappointment. So unprofessional and disappointing.

Found what we wanted right away and the woman working was cheerful and helpful and gave the pup a treat!

The store is fine but don’t use the vetco at this location. It’s a janky set up in an aisle and the head vet needs to retire.
