Staff is unfriendly, untrained and not helpful. Sells dead/dying fish. Only will accept returns with a printout receipt, despite records of purchase just hours earlier. Lost a customer over a $10 exchange. Can't stand that knowingly being ripped off feeling ya get from this place. Basically they are just thiefs. Best of luck

it’s gross that every pet store chain keeps fish in tiny little containers, but it’s extra gross that Petco literally had dead Betta fish floating in these inhumane containers.

Every isle I went in, I was followed and watched. Absolutely disgusting! I just left. I was shopping for a leash and collsr. I went to petsmart instead and bought my items for my dog. Screw Petco!!!

Stopped in to buy a water plant, was not thrilled by the selection. I asked for help but was only steered towards things I didn’t need. Sad making, I decided to try another location.

Was here a week ago and the same poo covered toilet paper is still on the ground from then! Could always tell the place is disgusting but this is horrifying to me.

I’ve been goin here ever since my dog Lola was 6 months old, even took obedience classes there! As a matter of fact her picture is on their wall as a graduate! Now I’ve been taking her for baths there, and sometimes I swear she doesn’t get a bath.so 4 years later I’m told she can’t have a bath because she’s aggressive! Lola is the friendliest Rottweiler Lab mix around! This place is ridiculous. I will never shop there again!

Leaving this review will hopefully help the Western Avenue team tighten up. Tonight I ran out to my non-friendly neighborhood PetCo and the cashier Andrea was not only rude but also very condescending. This is not my first time having service issues at this location, so, from now on, I will drive out of my way, just to not have to deal with rude cashiers and lack of service.

The refrigerator at this store went out and all of the fresh dog food was warm. The next day I see if all in this fridge. They didn’t throw away the old food. Be aware! Don’t buy pet fresh or other refrigerated food from this store. They care about money, not the welfare of your animals.10/5/2024 was the date when the front refrigerator stopped working and all of the food was warm. I let your employees know.

My dog snoopy love this petco. We live near to the Store and we always stop by. Snoopy had his training and we love all the people that works there! The only think that disappoint me a lot is that they said they accept dogs for grooming at 8 am but they never are on time or never show up at this time. If you guys are not able to received dogs at 8 am do not schedule appointment at this time. Never coming back to grooming again.

Ashley claims she is a manager but does not know how to look up cs details with order number put me on hold for 30 mins while other manager was on lunch so that she could answer my questions same day delivery option is not good option my window was from 2-4 then it got pushed back from 4-5 and now I have no idea about order Ashley is the worst not very customer service oriented does not know how to pull up order details will be calling store manager to make formal complaint she is not a good representative for pet store then Lindsey finally gets on phone 41 mins later and pushes me off to a 800 she was not helpful either horrible service it’s probably because general manager is not watching them they have no supervisor avail until Saturday
